This bill provides a program that will be administered by WCCA to offer a collective workers compensation program.  This program is strongly supported by Dept of Workforce services and was mentioned that it would be pushed out to cities and towns once WCCA implements.

WAM ACTION TAKEN: 2/6/17 Laurie Heath testified in support and confirmed WAM is interested to administer a similar program to cities and town.
